Didn't I tell you that actually drawing and making your own flash movie would be better? I was right wasnt I?

I'm glad you took my advice. I'm defiantly not a fan of Naruto, but this is way better than a slide show of screen caps that you didn't make. Here you can make anything happen because these are your drawings, you aren't limited to something the artists did wrong in Naruto. Now you can do anything you want with these characters, and possibly make your own characters one day. You know why? Because this is YOUR work! This isn't the best movie in the world, but its a good start from working with slide shows, so keep it up.

It was about the fact that you didn't DRAW anything. Flash is an animation program, all you did was take screen caps from a show that you didn't animate or draw, put them in a slide show, and point out errors. You cannot claim ownership over these images just because you took pictures of them, the fact is that you didn't make them. Next time, try to draw something, animate or anything, because this is flat out not your work. I don't care if you found some bloopers in a show, it still does not belong to you. You didn't make Naruto, you didn't work on the show, so this isn't your work, period. Next time, try to actually make something that is YOUR work.

Noting but images found on google with scribbled text on it. I know I'm a hypocrite, but at least attempt to draw something instead of making a slideshow. Also, you might want to touch another subject than Naruto, people had enough of that as it is.

I will try to make this review very constructive.

Graphics: Poor. The squirrel foamy has absolutely no depth, and the graphic has been the same for three years. This including the 10 hand movements too. Germaine had somewhat of a mediocre effort put into her character design, but it looks flat. Once again, the same graphic symbols have been used for years. The design of Germaine was updated making her look slightly more like her characters personality, but it is still poorly drawn. That man I believe appeared in other episodes, but no attempt was made to improve his design. The only graphics that were new here were props (such as underwear and her clothing.) It's good that there were actually things drawn for a new episode, and they actually have more depth than the characters. Putting depth to simple props shouldn't be so hard any ways. The semen was simply a transparent 'splotch' with a white outline around it.

Backgrounds are obviously pictures taken from google, tracing the bitmap to look more like a 'water picture', and then having the 'straighten' tool used several times. I see the author put in the effort to add in three new backgrounds, which were obviously created the same way as the other seventeen backgrounds used in this 120 episode series.

Style: Poor. It seems a crude attempt to mimic Vazquez's works. Those kind of designs would work for a series like this, but they lack depth and detail.

Sound: The voice of Germaine doesn't fit her character at all. It is obvious too that the same voice actor who voiced Foamy also did the man. If one cannot tweak his voice enough so people cannot tell its voiced by the same person, there are many programs out there to help. Getting other voice actors (rather than one for males and one for females) helps too. Foamy sounds like he should.

Violence: Paddling Germaine for fan service.

Interactivity: It's a cartoon

Humor: This is where this completely movie falls apart. Foamy asks Germaine something about valentines day (having a boyfriend), then she goes on some sort of rant. This is out of character, Foamy is the one who rants, and if Germaine starts ranting, the character Foamy (as shown in other episodes) should interrupt her and tell her to stop talking, because it's obvious he doesn't care about her situation.

Foamy stays silent with a few attempts to interrupt her, but Germaine tells about valentines day. These statements are obvious to everyone who dislikes valentines day, so this statement is an attempt to get people who already know this stuff to agree with her and like this cartoon. She continues with Family Guy like cutaways. All of these cut aways were purely for the sake of fanservice. Every show has to have their 'sexy woman' these days, yet theres only one female in the entire series, so it is Germaine by default.

She tells about 'fuzzy hand cuffs', which shows her completely naked , bent over, and cuffed. This is only done for the sake of fan service, and doesn't contribute anything to the 'story'. There are plenty of other non sexual ways that she could prove valentines day is a load of crap, but you automatically choose the most offensive ways just to please your audience. Next its edible underwear, with another Family Guy like cut away with Germaine making some unfunny smart ass remark. Next is the clothing, which I don't need to say.

There are other things one could do with Germaine instead of whoring her out to kids. You can do anything you want in animation, so why do something like this? You need to broaden your universe and have more character relationships between each other. Why does the person like germaine? Why does Germaine and Foamy live together when they hate each other? Its a good idea to answer these questions and more to make your characters more interesting and likeable. Explore and learn about your OWN characters and find out what would improve.

This movie gets a one, because it doesn't contribute anything to the Neurotically Yours series. It doesn't bring anything new.

The graphics are great and everything, but im sorry the writing is horrible, it didnt keep me interested at all, you REALLY need to hire another writer, because this was just dull, boring crap. Like I said, next time keep your animation and drawing skills the same, but HIRE A NEW WRITER!!!!!

Its nice you have inspirations from other artists, but jsut dont copy their entire plots with one small change. Please think of stuff yourself, cause I know you got the potention to do so!
